YTN negotiates the collective agreement applicable to professional and managerial staff in technology industries together with the employers’ representative Technology Industries of Finland. The agreement is generally applicable, i.e. all employers, also the unorganised, in the industry are bound by it.

YTN negotiates the collective agreement for ICT services together with the Association of IT Sector Employees and the employers’ representative Technology Industries of Finland. The agreement is generally applicable, i.e. all employers, also the unorganised, in the industry are bound by it.

Contract period:
1.11.2017 – 31.10.2020

Collective agreement does not apply to company management or to those who represent the employer when determining the working conditions of employees covered by the collective agreement.
